Apply a generous and even amount of the Avene Ultra H Very High Prot SPF 50+ Spray to the face and body 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Hold the bottle 1015 cm away from the skin while applying.
Reapply the sunscreen at least every 2 hours.
Make sure to reapply after using the towel, sweating, or swimming.
