How to use a Limb Wrap
For the cold treatment
Place the Limb Wrap in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes before each use of the compress.
For to hot treatment
Hot water
1. Put the Limb Wrap into hot water (maximum 80?) for 1520 minutes.

Microwave
