  • 1-Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing.

  • 2Insert a test strip into your CareSens PRO blood glucose meter. The meter will turn on automatically.

  • 3Use a lancing device to prick the side of your fingertip and obtain a small drop of blood.

  • 4Touch the edge of the test strip to the blood sample. The strip will automatically draw in the blood.

  • 5Wait for the result. Your blood glucose level will appear on the screen in about 5 seconds.

  • 6Dispose of the used strip and lancet safely after testing
