Direction for use of the Respimar Cleaning and Hydration 120 ml
• Remove any mucus from the nose before using Respimar Cleaning and Hydration spray.
• Take off the cap.
• Tilt your head to one side and insert the spray into one nostril.
• Gently press the spray until the solution comes out.
• Wait a while for the solution to be absorbed.
• Repeat the process in the other nostril.
