Ingredients

  • 1-Sit comfortably and relax for 5 minutes before measuring. Keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor.

  • 2Apply the cuff to your upper arm (preferably the left arm), about 2–3 cm above the elbow. Make sure it’s snug but not tight.

  • 3Connect the cuff to the monitor.

  • 4Press the start button. The cuff will automatically inflate and begin the measurement.

  • 5Stay still and quiet while the device measures your blood pressure.

  • 6View the results on the large, backlit screen

  • Systolic pressure

  • Diastolic pressure

  • Pulse rate

  • 7An icon will appear if irregular heartbeat is detected.

  • 8The monitor saves the reading in memory (for the selected user).

  • 9Turn off the device or let it power off automatically.

  • 10Store the device in a dry place, and clean the cuff if needed.
