Mix one half to 1 packet of the Xlear Sinus Care Solution powder into 8 to 10 ounces of purified or sterilized, warm water and ensure it's fully dissolved.
Fill the Xlear Sinus Rinse bottle with the prepared nasal wash and twist the nozzle tightly to form a seal.
Tilt your head forward and to the side, insert the tip of the bottle into the upper nostril, and squeeze gently.
Gradually increase pressure to flush the nasal passageway and allow the solution to drain from both nostrils.
Repeat the process on the other nostril when the bottle is half empty.
Blow your nose gently through both nostrils to clean them.
