How to use

1-Sit comfortably and relax for 5 minutes before measuring. Keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
2Apply the cuff to your upper arm (preferably the left arm), about 2–3 cm above the elbow. Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
3Connect the cuff to the monitor.
4Press the start button. The cuff will automatically inflate and begin the measurement.
5Stay still and quiet while the device measures your blood pressure.
6View the results on the large, backlit screen
