  • 1-Fill the water tank with lukewarm water and securely close the lid.

  • 2Select and insert a nozzle tip into the handle until it clicks into place.

  • 3Adjust the water pressure using the control knob (start with the lowest setting if you're new to water flossing).

  • 4Lean over the sink to avoid splashing.

  • 5Place the nozzle in your mouth, close your lips slightly to prevent water from spraying out.

  • 6Turn on the device and aim the jet at your gumline.

  • 7Move the nozzle slowly along the gumline and between teeth, pausing briefly at each space.

  • 8Turn off the device when finished and let any remaining water drain from the tank.

  • 9Remove and clean the nozzle, and empty the tank after each use
