Ingredients

Thoroughly wash and dry face.
Open the pouch and remove the strip from the transparent plastic.
Thoroughly wet your nose. (The strip will not stick on a dry nose).
Dry hands and apply the strip to the nose area, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
Let it dry for about 10 –15 minutes until stiff to the touch.
Slowly and carefully peel off starting at the edges, pulling towards the center.
Rinse off any residue.
