How to use Rexi Care Gel Pack
Cold use
Place the pack in the freezer for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
Wipe the pack with a dry towel before applying it to the skin.
Hot use
Place the pack in water at 80°C for 1520 minutes.
Wrap the pack in a towel before applying it to the skin to avoid burning.
