Clear mucus from the nose before using Respimar nasal spray.
Remove the cap, tilt your head to one side, insert the inhaler into one nostril and gently press the inhaler until the solution comes out.
Wait a while for the solution to be absorbed and then shake a little to get rid of the excess.
Repeat the previous steps in the other nostril.
