Cold / Hot Knee Wrap Pack that used as a hot or cold treatment to improve and relieve symptoms of muscle and joint pain and injuries in the knee area.
As a hot treatment: It helps expand blood vessels and enhance blood flow in the affected area, which helps relieve any feeling of pain in it and which makes it ideal for relieving joint and muscle pain as well as reducing spasms.
As a cold therapy: It reduces blood flow to the blood vessels at the site of application and numbs nerve endings, making it ideal for use in injuries such as swelling, bruises, muscle spasms, and sprains.
The hot and cold Pack is perfectly designed as it remains flexible to accommodate knee injuries.

Ingredients

• Cold therapy
1. Place the pack in the freezer for 1015 minutes before each use.
2. Wrap the package in a dry, clean towel.
3. Apply to the affected area.
• Hot therapy

(using hot water)
1. Put the package into hot water at a max of 80°C for 1015 minutes.
2. Wrap the package with a dry towel.
3. Apply it to the affected area.
• Hot therapy

(using the microwave)
1. Place the package in the microwave oven for 50 seconds, heating times vary depending on the power of the microwave.
2. If more heat is needed, heat in additional 10 second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
3. Apply the pack to the affected area after a minute or two of heating.
