1 Add cold or hot water to the Rexi Care bag until 3/4 full.

2 Place the lid on top of the bag and turn it clockwise until it can no longer rotate.

It is recommended to add ice cubes to get the best result and increase the cooling effect (crush large ice cubes into small pieces before adding).
