Sevikar HCT triple tablets are used to treat patients with high blood pressure.
These tablets contain a triple formula that combines three active ingredients that all work together to expand blood vessels.
They contain Amlodipine, which increases blood supply to the heart in addition to relaxing blood vessels and lowering pressure.
They also contain Olmesartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, and the diuretic Hydrochlorothiazide.

• Warnings and precautions:
- Do not use the medicine if you suffer from liver or kidney problems.
- Do not use the medicine if you have a deficiency of potassium, a high level of calcium, or uric acid
- Do not use the medicine if you are diabetic and are taking a medicine called (Aliskiren) to lower blood pressure.

• Side effects:
- Decreased vision or pain in your body.
- It may cause fever and severe shortness of breath.

- This medication interacts with lithium, insulin, statins, and Aliskiren.
