Use 2 to 6 times daily or as a doctor recommends.
1 Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2 Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
3 Press briefly without tilting your head backward or sniffing.
4 Blow your nose.
5 Repeat in nostrils.
6 Clean the nozzle after application, rinse and dry.

• If the nasal mucosa is irritated, feelings or tingling may occur when using.
• Pressurized container of Sterimar Spray May burst if heated.
