Direction for use
1. Direct application
Apply the Vicks Vaporub 3 4 times daily on the chest, neck, and back.
2. Inhalation application
For adults and children 12 years older and above

Add 2- 3 teaspoons of the Vicks Vaporub.
For children 6 years of age or under

Add 1- 2 teaspoons of Vicks Vaporub.
On half a liter of hot water that shouldn't be covered, and inhaled for 15 minutes.
Do not reheat after use.
